About OLIVIA OLIVIA Professional Solutions was founded by a nurse and home care agency owner who couldn't find staffing support that understood what home care actually requires. So she built it. Today we place HIPAA-certified virtual assistants with home care agencies across the United States — hundreds of placements supporting more than a hundred agencies that care for vulnerable people every day. We are profitable, we are growing, and we are scaling toward 600\+ placements. We are hiring a VP of Growth and Operations to build the operating engine that gets us there. The role This is the company's \ 2 seat. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own operations. sales and marketing, turn strategy into an executable plan, and build the systems that let OLIVIA scale without sacrificing the service quality that built our reputation. You will run the day-to-day of a real, profitable company at an inflection point — and there is a defined path to running the company for the person who proves they can. We are at the stage every founder-led company hits: the business works, demand is there, and the next phase depends on building the machine that makes growth repeatable. That is the problem we are hiring you to solve. What you'll own in your first year Take client retention from where it is to where it needs to be — this is the single most important outcome of the role. Build the operating system, KPIs, and rhythms that support 600\+ placements. Lead and develop the company's team leaders into a unit that runs without the CEO in the room. Translate the CEO's vision into an operating plan with clear goals, owners, and metrics. Drive client satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value as the headline measures of a healthy company. Represent OLIVIA at U.S. industry conferences and with partners. What we're looking for You have scaled a service business, not just managed one — and you can point to growth you personally drove and the systems you built to make it hold. You've led senior operators and managed managers. You've run remote or distributed teams, ideally including offshore. You think in systems, you delegate for real, and you raise the level of everyone around you. Background in staffing, recruiting, BPO, home care, home health, or comparable services is what we expect. Specific virtual assistant industry experience is not required — the operating instincts are what matter. Especially compelling You've scaled a founder-led company into its next stage and know that dynamic from the inside. You've scaled a staffing agency, recruiting firm, outsourcing company, or BPO. You bring health care, home care, or home health exposure to the table.
