We’re looking for a Client Systems Architect who can bridge business needs with AI-powered solutions. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨: • Consult with clients and map out workflows & decision logic • Build and refine AI prompts using GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. • Translate business pain points into smart AI solutions • Maintain strong client relationships and improve system performance through feedback • Create clear “Logic Blueprints” and explain AI behavior in simple terms 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫: • Strong communication & relationship-building skills • Experience working with AI tools / prompt engineering • Tech-savvy with logical thinking (If-This-Then-That mindset) • BPO Operations Manager background is a huge plus • Confident, proactive, and emotionally intelligent 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐈, 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲.
