Remote \| Monday–Friday \| 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT We're looking for a Senior Accounting Quality Review Specialist who enjoys reviewing accounting work, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping teams deliver exceptional client service. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced accountant who wants to move beyond day-to-day production work and play a key role in maintaining quality standards across multiple client engagements. You'll work closely with leadership and the VP of Operations to ensure financial deliverables are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with company standards. What You'll Do Quality Review \& Oversight Review financial statements, reconciliations, workpapers, and supporting documentation Conduct monthly, quarterly, and targeted quality reviews Evaluate compliance with accounting processes and documentation standards Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to delivery teams Monitor review schedules and ensure timely completion Process Improvement Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and operational risks Recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency Assist in maintaining quality review procedures and best practices Collaboration Partner with Operations and Delivery Teams to maintain service quality Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Communicate review findings professionally and effectively What We're Looking ForRequired 6–10 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, month-end close, and accounting workflows Experience reviewing accounting work and identifying errors or process gaps Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Strong Excel skills Experience in CPA firms, outsourced accounting, CAS, audit, or public accounting Prior quality review, compliance, audit support, or process improvement experience Why Join Us?
