About Us Bond Street Procurement is a New York–based FF&E procurement firm working behind the scenes on large-scale multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects across the United States. We partner with developers and designers to manage everything required to turn approved designs into delivered, installed spaces—accurately, on budget, and on schedule. What makes Bond Street different is how we operate. We run a transparent, fixed-fee procurement model, meaning our incentives are aligned with our clients’ success—not vendor markups or commissions. Every purchase order, invoice, and budget is tracked carefully and shared openly. That level of trust only works when the team is organized, detail-oriented, and accountable. Our projects involve real complexity: large furniture packages, tight timelines, multiple vendors, and constant coordination. As a remote-first team, we work closely across time zones and value ownership, communication, and follow-through. Team members are trusted with real responsibility and have direct visibility into how their work impacts major U.S. projects. Strong performers grow with the company and take on expanded responsibility over time.
