Role Overview As the ultimate gatekeeper for our new inventory rollouts, you will take total accountability for publishing compliant, error-free, and high-converting product pages well ahead of distribution. You will function as the operational nucleus for these rollouts, coordinating multi-department milestones to ensure flawless operational synchronization and absolute adherence to schedules. Outside of daily launch oversight, you will audit current operational structures to isolate friction points, re-engineering systemic workflows to maximize macro-level productivity. Key Responsibilities Oversee the lifecycle of item introductions from initial scheduling through public deployment. Deliver structured weekly status updates featuring concise syntheses and strategic guidance. Validate the precise configuration of digital catalog pages on platforms including Amazon, Shopify, Target, Walmart, Faire, and Mirakl. Govern the taxonomy, assortment variations, and organizational architecture of listings across all retail networks. Confirm that all promotional collateral, imagery, pricing structures, and bundled offerings are finalized prior to going live. Detect catalog discrepancies, regulatory exposure, or timeline slippage prematurely to implement immediate remedies. Correct merchant non-compliance and platform friction within established operational windows. Engage with platform help centers directly to troubleshoot stubborn catalog errors and system blocks. Preserve meticulous, current project archives and operational logs. Monitor shifting marketplace mandates, algorithmic updates, and terms of service revisions. Execute additional specialized tasks or seasonal assignments as corporate requirements dictate. Requirements Experience managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central Strong knowledge of Amazon flat files, variation listings, and listing requirements Experience with A+ Content, bulk image uploads, and account health compliance submissions Familiarity with Amazon promotions and bundle creation Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and basic graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Must have a stable internet connection and reliable equipment Time tracking software may be used to support productivity and workflow management Job Details: Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Tools: Monitask is used for screen and time tracking If you are interested, please accomplish the sample task below and please send your resume to careers.va@keababies.com.
