Red Water Holdings
Red Water Holdings makes high-quality supplements and cosmetics. We're one of the fastest-growing brands in our niche, scaling through Meta ads across DTC and marketplaces. We're hiring a Customer Service Rep to handle day-to-day support. Hands-on ticket work — and where our future CS leadership comes from. Responsibilities Handle email and chat inquiries with speed, accuracy, and full ownership through resolution Manage order issues, refunds, returns, subscription changes, and product questions Use AI tools to draft and manage tickets — reviewing every output before it reaches a customer Flag recurring issues to the team Follow SOPs, keep clean records, escalate with complete documentation Room to Grow The CS team is scaling with the company, and we'd rather promote a great rep than hire over the top of one. Perform, and there's a Team Lead seat and a significant pay increase waiting. We promote on performance, not tenure.
