We're scaling our short-form video content (Meta ads + organic Instagram/TikTok) and need an editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content, fast. Company website: www.ottodot.com Location: Remote What you'll do Consistent output of 10-15 ad briefs per week, maintaining volume and quality simultaneously. Take raw filmed clips (already shot and loosely scripted — parent/student testimonials, teacher content) and edit them into punchy, short-form vertical videos Craft strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds — you'll often be given a rough cut and asked to find/reorder the golden moment Add VFX, motion graphics, and well-chosen captions that fit the pacing (not just auto-captions) Repurpose the same source clips into multiple distinct-feeling edits (different hook treatments, different cuts) so one shoot can produce several usable ads Adapt content for different platforms (Meta ads vs. organic IG/TikTok) where pacing and format needs differ Turn around videos quickly — this role is about speed and volume, not just polish (multi-day turnarounds per video are too slow for us) Work from a brief/reference video and match tone without needing heavy hand-holding What we're looking for A strong portfolio of short-form/social edits — we care more about editing taste (hooks, pacing, captions) than years of experience Comfort with tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar fast-turnaround editing software Ability to work independently from a brief with minimal back-and-forth Fast turnaround time per video (we'll ask about this directly) Apply here: https://airtable.com/appiq0s29wFzPolUy/pagecH7FxzIyxU8yg/form Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php31,900.00 per month Work Location: Remote
