What You'll Do Transaction Management Manage a personal portfolio of transactions from executed contract through close of escrow Track all contingency periods, contract deadlines, and critical milestones across your files Review and audit transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Prepare, send, and track all required disclosures, addenda, and compliance documents Coordinate with buyers, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and title companies to keep transactions on track Ensure all files meet Brokerage compliance standards and are audit-ready at close Team Leadership \& Quality Control Supervise and mentor Transaction Coordinators through regular check-ins, file reviews, and coaching Conduct quality control audits on team files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Serve as the primary escalation point for complex transaction issues, guiding TCs to resolution Identify patterns in errors or inefficiencies and develop process improvements to address them Onboard and train new TC hires, ensuring they are set up with the knowledge and tools to succeed Lead regular team meetings to review pipeline, share updates, and address challenges Report on team performance, transaction volume, and close metrics to operations leadership What We're Looking For Minimum 2\+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in US residential real estate is required Prior experience in a senior TC, lead, or supervisory role for a minimum of 1\+ year is required Expert-level knowledge of purchase contracts, disclosures (TDS, SPQ, NHD, and related forms), contingency management, and the escrow and title process Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent transactions without errors or missed deadlines Natural leadership presence: you coach without micromanaging and hold the team to a high standard with empathy Strong written and verbal communication skills across all parties in a transaction Proficient with transaction management platforms Skyslope, DocuSign, and CRM tools Proactive problem-solver who identifies and resolves issues before they become deal risks Quick to apply feedback and models a culture of continuous improvement for the team Why Join Us Step into a meaningful leadership role at a company that's actively growing its transaction operations Competitive compensation with leadership premium, commensurate with experience Direct influence over team processes, culture, and quality standards Collaborative environment with strong support from operations and brokerage leadership Work within a company that values precision, transparency, and doing right by the client To Apply Submit the job application: https://forms.gle/jNvdmsDn3BxJKVJL9 Email your resume/CV to hira@hirabakhsh.com Pay: Php370\.00 - Php461\.00 per hour Benefits Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
