Our growing team at KeaBabies is looking for a versatile, multi-talented designer to help shape our next generation of products. In this role, you’ll get to put your personal touch on everything from designing unique textile patterns to crafting beautiful packaging and custom illustrations for our baby and maternity lines. We are looking for a true collaborator who steps up to any creative challenge, adapts quickly to changing needs, and takes genuine pride in bringing diverse design concepts to life from scratch. Key Responsibilities Concept \& Trend Innovation – Research baby and children’s market trends to conceptualize and develop innovative print themes, color palettes, and design directions that resonate with our audience and align with KeaBabies’ brand. Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and explore visual concepts. Original Illustration – Produce engaging, high-quality illustrations tailored to KeaBabies’ range of products, including swaddles, blankets, and bibs. Print \& Pattern Design – Create seamless repeat patterns and unique print layouts suitable for a variety of product applications, ensuring designs are optimized for manufacturing processes. Packaging Design Support – Assist in developing compelling, functional packaging that protects the product, reflects the brand, and enhances the overall customer experience. Production Readiness \& Quality – Ensure all designs are production-ready, technically accurate, and meet high-quality standards. Maintain organized project files and records. Market Insight \& Adaptation – Continuously track industry trends, competitor designs, and consumer preferences to inform and elevate design decisions. Job Details: Salary: USD 450 to USD 600 per month Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT\+8\) Working Days: Monday to Friday Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or an associated discipline. Portfolio: An effective, varied, and professional online portfolio is essential. It should distinctly demonstrate outstanding illustration abilities, a thorough grasp of color theory, and the capacity to produce flawless repeat patterns. Examples pertinent to the baby and children's product sector are strongly favored. Industry Insight: A thorough comprehension of prevailing design trends, consumer tastes, and aesthetic styles in the market for baby and children's products. Software Skills: Proficient in digital design applications like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate, as well as various other pertinent illustration and design software. An understanding of and openness to engaging with AI-driven design tools is greatly appreciated. Communication \& Collaboration: Outstanding skills in project management and communication. You must demonstrate a capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues, expressing design ideas and feedback clearly. Adaptability: Proven capability to excel in a dynamic, time-sensitive setting while ensuring high-quality results.
