Job Description

Job Summary The NOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and system issues within the Network Operations Center (NOC). This role involves real-time management of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security. The NOC Analyst collaborates with various IT teams to resolve incidents, support operations, and enhance system reliability. Job Responsibilities: Initial troubleshooting of system alerts related to our clients’ back-end infrastructure which may include Networking/Backups/Servers/Appliances/SaaS Apps. Ability to escalate tickets in a timely manner after initial diagnosis. Understands the impact of service outages and has a “client first” mentality. Work in creating better workflows to accelerate troubleshooting / Monitor and Alerting. To maintain and patch clients’ back-end infrastructure systems including servers, networks, cloud systems, security systems, and workstation patches. Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of internal procedures. Support and implement network and system changes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to change management protocols. Analyze network and system performance metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations for network operations. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field. At least 2-5 years work experience in the same field. Knowledgeable in Windows Servers. Knowledgeable in Networking, User Support and Ticket Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and network security principles. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willing to work in a shifting schedule. Can start ASAP. Work Location: Remote
