Responsibilities CRM Architecture & Integration: Build, optimize, and manage the front-end, back-end, and sales funnels within GoHighLevel (GHL) . AI & Automation Systems: Implement robust AI systems and automation workflows (including "clawed bots" and advanced web scrapers/automations) to streamline lead generation and customer operations. Data Migration: Assist the business owner in migrating critical client and operational data from personal hardware (phones, laptops) directly into the new CRM environment. Digital Presence & SEO: Manage and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring technical SEO compliance and execution to boost organic traffic. Paid Traffic Support: Monitor, manage, and optimize ongoing Google Ads campaigns to drive high-intent inbound leads. Operational Reporting: Provide regular updates on automation performance, funnel conversion rates, and SEO health. Qualifications Proven GoHighLevel Expertise: Strong background in building complex workflows, sales funnels, and managing pipelines specifically in GoHighLevel. AI & Web Automation Savvy: Deep understanding of AI tools, automation integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.), and scraping/bot frameworks. SEO & Web Management: Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites with a track record of improving organic Google rankings through modern SEO practices. Google Ads Experience: Competency in launching, managing, and refining Google PPC campaigns. Communication & Independence: Strong English communication skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Remote Ready: Comfortability using remote productivity monitoring tools (including screenshot verification and time tracking).
