We are hiring an E-Commerce Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Finale Inventory and ShipStation .We are looking for someone who can confidently manage inventory systems, track stock movement, investigate discrepancies, support purchasing decisions, and coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and fulfillment partners to keep operations running smoothly. We are looking for the following specific requirements: Minimum 3\+ years of deep, hands-on experience in inventory, fulfillment, or supply chain operations Direct experience using Finale Inventory Direct experience using ShipStation Experience working in a high-volume e-commerce environment Strong knowledge of inventory workflows, stock control, reorder points, fulfillment processes, purchasing support, and reporting accuracy Strong Google Sheets skills, including formulas, tracking, formatting, reporting, and data cleanup Experience using Claude AI or similar AI tools to support reporting, organization, analysis, or workflow efficiency Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly Ability to investigate inventory issues, system mismatches, shipment delays, fulfillment errors, and reporting inconsistencies Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, suppliers, and fulfillment partners Good understanding of domestic fulfillment, inbound shipments, outbound orders, and logistics timelines Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in Finale Inventory Monitor orders, shipments, and fulfillment activity in ShipStation Track stock levels, reorder points, inventory movement, and low-stock items Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies, system mismatches, and fulfillment issues Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide updates on delays or issues Support purchasing decisions by reviewing inventory data, stock needs, and replenishment timing Create and maintain Google Sheets reports for inventory, fulfillment, purchasing, and shipment tracking Use Claude AI or similar tools to help organize data, reports, and workflow documentation Ensure inventory, fulfillment, and reporting information remains accurate, updated, and easy to understand Help improve inventory and fulfillment workflows to reduce errors, delays, and stock issues Pay: Php58,000\.00 - Php60,000\.00 per hour Benefits Company Christmas gift Health insurance Paid training Work from home Application Question(s): Years of experience working as a Freelancer or as a Virtual Assistant (DO NOT include any time spent working from home due to the pandemic if your role was originally office-based.)
