The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects that support the development, enhancement, and operations of a telehealth platform. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Operations, Customer Support, and external technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with healthcare, privacy, security, and quality requirements. Serving as the central coordination point across business and technology teams, the Project Manager translates business and clinical requirements into actionable project plans and drives successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead end-to-end delivery of telehealth application projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support. 2. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies. 3. Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, KPIs, and manage scope changes. 4. Track project progress, risks, issues, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and delivery. 5. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Support, and business teams to align project execution. 6. Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure proper documentation, prioritization, and approval. 7. Manage development activities across mobile, web, backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations. 8. Facilitate communication and technical discussions between stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams. 9. Establish testing schedules and oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and UAT activities. 10. Coordinate defect management, release readiness, production deployments, and post-release validation. 11. Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy, security, regulatory, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 12. Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers, ensuring delivery against commitments and SLAs. 13. Provide regular project reporting, status updates, risk assessments, and escalation of critical issues to leadership. 14. Support production monitoring, incident resolution, stabilization activities, and continuous process improvements. 15. Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive enhancement roadmaps based on business and user feedback. Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 2. 3–7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, digital health, healthcare, SaaS, or mobile applications. 3. Experience managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. 4. Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams. 5. Experience managing mobile and/or web application development. 6. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools. 7. Strong understanding of software development and QA processes. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, cloud platforms, and application releases. 2. PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certification.
