Responsibilities • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders while managing all professional inbound and outbound correspondence. • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment pipelines, including posting advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. • Manage full onboarding workflows and verify mandatory compliance paperwork for all new team members. • Maintain accurate employee profiles, contracts, pay rates, training registers, and compliance certification trackers. • Build, optimize, and adjust complex workforce rosters while managing shift coverage and last-minute updates. • Monitor incident registers, execute worker wellbeing check-ins, and support reportable incident compliance protocols. • Process participant intakes, manage service agreements, maintain secure digital document repositories, and support audit readiness. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Administrative, HR, Recruitment, or Workforce Coordination role. • Solid understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS compliance, and workforce screening processes. • Proven experience supporting end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and calendar scheduling activities. • Professional verbal and written English communication skills with a highly professional phone presence. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications.
