Must-Haves Your role: Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and APAC job boards Ability to independently source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle Strong candidate assessment and screening capability Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leaders Highly organized, proactive, coachable, and able to work independently Strong coordination and operational ownership Nice-to-Haves Experience with Greenhouse and/or GoodTime Experience recruiting within digital media, advertising, marketing, or agency environments Familiarity with SG and/or APAC hiring markets Experience supporting regional recruitment programs – About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
