We are seeking an Assistant Manager Hydrology, Hydraulic and Geomatics Engineer is responsible for conducting hydrologic analyses and hydraulic designs for water-related systems, QA/QC for geomatics activities, ensures compliance with standards and supports renewable energy projects. The position manages technical work, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, manages hydrologic and geomatic risks, and prepares technical reports while promoting continuous improvement and climate-resilient solutions. Key Responsibilities Works closely and coordinates activities to the Engineering Head. Leads in providing modelling to assess flood risks, design drainage systems, geodetic survey, mapping and geospatial analysis data needed for the Project. In-charge in hydrologic \& hydraulic analysis, stormwater management, topographic survey plans, GIS-based maps, DEMs and Contour maps and regulatory mapping documents for Projects. Provides hydrology, hydraulic and geomatics reports for Projects under Project Development, Project Execution and O\&M Department at par with the industry standards. Guaranteeing all activities assigned by the Engineering Head are meeting within the agreed schedule. Ensures that all hydrology, hydraulic and geomatics calculations and output for Projects are accurate and within the minimum quality requirements established by the PMO. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Geodetic, Hydraulic Engineering, Hydrology, or related field Licensure: License Engineer Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in hydrology and hydraulic engineering Special Courses/Trainings: Hydrologic \& Hydraulic Modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, MIKE Suite); Flood Risk Assessment \& Flood Modeling; Watershed \& River Basin Management; GIS \& Remote Sensing Applications; Climate Change Impact on Water Resources; Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); Flood Forecasting \& Early Warning Systems Functional/Technical: 1\. Strong knowledge in: Hydrologic analysis and flood modeling; Hydraulic design (spillways, dams, canals, drainage systems); Watershed and river basin management; Proficiency in engineering software; HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools; Project management and supervision skills; Data analysis, interpretation, and reporting; Risk assessment and mitigation planning; Strong communication and stakeholder coordination; Proficient in hydrologic \& hydraulic modeling tools (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, MIKE Suite, SWMM); Skilled in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D); Knowledgeable in GIS and data analysis tools (ArcGIS/QGIS, remote sensing); Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis; Capable of data processing, visualization, and technical reporting Certification in Hydrologic/Hydraulic Modeling Software (e.g., HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, MIKE Suite); Experience in renewable energy projects (Hydropower, Solar, Wind, Geothermal) Leadership: Analytical and Detail-Oriented; Organize and Process Oriented; Decisive and Responsible; Problem Solver \& Cost Conscious; Calm Under Pressure \& Good Communicator; Integrity and Ethical mindset; Adaptable and Flexible; Innovative and Improvement Driven How To Apply Be part of the clean energy transformation.
