Your Opportunity At CLINIQON , we're looking for a driven and experienced Team Leader – Home Health Operations to join our growing team. What You'll Do Lead & Drive Performance Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for the team Delegate tasks based on skills, workload, and business priorities Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and overall performance Keep the team focused on achieving operational targets Communicate & Collaborate Serve as a trusted link between team members and management Clearly communicate company updates, policies, processes, and expectations Encourage open communication and collaboration across teams Keep management informed of team progress, challenges, and achievements Coach, Motivate & Develop Inspire team members to reach their full potential Provide regular coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback Recognize achievements and celebrate team successes Identify development opportunities and help team members build their skills and careers Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement Manage & Improve Operations Oversee daily workflows and ensure resources are effectively utilized Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions Improve processes, efficiency, and team performance Proactively address issues that could impact productivity or service quality Resolve Challenges & Build a Strong Team Culture Handle concerns and conflicts fairly and professionally Escalate complex issues when necessary Promote accountability, teamwork, respect, and employee engagement Build a workplace where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who doesn't just have leadership experience — we're looking for someone who understands Home Health operations and knows how to lead people effectively. You should have: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Home Health processes Experience using Home Health EMR systems , particularly WellSky, MatrixCare, and/or similar platforms Hands-on experience with Intake and Authorization processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and operational excellence Why You'll Love Working at Cliniqon?
