URGENT HIRING Department: Technical Facilities Department - Technical Planning Employee Type: Probationary/ Regular About the Job: The Design and Planning Manager is responsible for the project management, facilities management, and design implementation of the mall assigned to him/her. This includes tenant construction and renovation, in-house repairs, maintenance, and redevelopments. He/she will also lead the Technical Planning Department. Qualifications Candidate must be a graduate of B.S. Architecture with Professional License. Candidate must have extensive background on technical planning and project management in a real estate setting. Prior experience with commercial property planning and development an advantage. Candidate must have excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in Tagum City.
