About The Role We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager Virtual Assistant to support a growing US-based property management company. If you have a background in business development, lead generation, CRM management, and the property management or real estate industry, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Generate and qualify new leads through online research and prospecting Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up with prospective clients Manage and maintain leads using LeadSimple CRM Build and maintain an organized sales pipeline Improve and streamline CRM workflows and lead management processes Track lead activity and ensure timely follow-up Coordinate with the team to support business growth Requirements At least 2 years of experience supporting US-based clients in property management or real estate industry Background in Property Management or Real Estate is a MUST Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation Hands-on experience using LeadSimple CRM Experience creating or improving CRM workflows and processes Strong outbound cold calling and lead follow-up experience Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently If you have experience supporting US-based clients in property management or real estate, generating new business, and optimizing CRM processes, we'd love to hear from you.
