We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and guide a dynamic team of creatives. If you’re passionate about content, strategy, and teamwork—this role is for you! 🔍 What You’ll Do: Lead and manage the social media team to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of content Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms Create, schedule, and analyze content that aligns with brand goals and audience interests Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output Monitor trends and performance to optimize campaigns and boost engagement ✅ What We’re Looking For: 3 or more years of proven experience in managing social media platforms (team management experience is a plus!) Strong eye for design; experience with Canva is required, Photoshop is a bonus Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging content Excellent communication and leadership skills Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines Team player with a problem-solving mindset Must have a reliable computer and a stable internet connection
