We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Systems and Logistics Specialist to support a fast-paced e-commerce operation. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth synchronization between Finale Inventory, ShipStation, and internal systems. This is not a basic inventory tracking role. We are looking for someone who understands how inventory, fulfillment, shipping timelines, and operational decisions directly impact customer experience and business performance. You must be highly organized, fast with data, and confident working in a high-accountability environment where accuracy matters. This Position Is Perfect For You If You Are… Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven Fast and efficient with spreadsheets and operational data Able to spot issues before they become larger operational problems Comfortable working with systems, logistics, and inventory workflows daily Proactive, resourceful, and highly accountable Calm under pressure and able to make practical decisions quickly Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions We are looking for the following specific requirements Strong understanding of inventory synchronization and system integrity Experience maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple platforms Ability to manage inbound and outbound logistics coordination Experience tracking shipments, delays, and warehouse timelines Ability to calculate reorder points and monitor inventory flow Strong communication skills for supplier and warehouse coordination High-speed efficiency and accuracy when handling operational data Ability to maintain clean, organized tracking systems and dashboards Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Inventory Systems Management Maintain accurate inventory records across Finale Inventory, ShipStation, and internal systems Ensure inventory synchronization and system integrity at all times Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies proactively Maintain organized and accurate inventory tracking sheets and dashboards Logistics and Fulfillment Coordination Coordinate inbound shipments, warehouse receiving timelines, and fulfillment readiness Monitor outbound shipments and resolve delays or fulfillment bottlenecks quickly Communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and shipping partners regarding inventory movement and logistics updates Ensure inventory availability aligns with operational and fulfillment needs Inventory Planning and Purchasing Support Monitor stock levels and support reorder planning decisions Assist with freight and shipping coordination, including cost and timing considerations Analyze inventory movement trends and identify risks related to overstocking or shortages Support operational decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis Reporting and Operational Support Prepare operational reports, inventory updates, and tracking summaries Maintain accurate documentation and audit records Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow accuracy Pay: Php58,000\.00 - Php60,000\.00 per hour Benefits: Company Christmas gift Health insurance Paid training Work from home Application Question(s): Years of experience working as a Freelancer or as a Virtual Assistant (DO NOT include any time spent working from home due to the pandemic if your role was originally office-based.)
