• 【Project Duties and Responsibilities】 • 1、Our company will provide diversified training in stages. In addition to international trade business knowledge, we will regularly share industry updates and cutting-edge information on artificial intelligence, continuously iterate and upgrade AI tools, and provide relevant tutorials. We will support the project team in proactively utilizing the potential customer resources provided by the company to develop new customers • 2、Analyze customer and market data to identify opportunities, help customers expand their markets and increase revenue, while unlocking unlimited potential for personal performance growth • 3、Stay informed about developments in the food and beverage market, build industry resources, and develop consultative selling capabilities in the food-service market. • 4、No business travel is required for this project. You only need to communicate efficiently with customers through convenient channels/tools such as telephone or the internet and complete order processing in our company system（SAP） • ★★★As the industry develops, we will progressively deepen the application of AI technology according to talent development and project team growth needs. With the support of AI technology, we will enhance team members’ professional capabilities and provide customers with diversified services in a more comprehensive and efficient manner. At the same time, we aim to make AI a powerful assistant that reduces the burden of basic service tasks on project personnel, lowers reliance on experience, improves accuracy and service timeliness, and creates more room and opportunities for growth • 【Project Requirements】 • 1、No college degree is required. Fresh graduates and career shifter are welcome to apply. Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales or business development is an advantage but is not required • 2、Due to customer service and business communication needs, fluent spoken English is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. You must be able to convey information accurately and clearly, understand others, and proactively provide timely feedback and reports when issues arise • 3、Adhere to professional ethics and strictly protect our company’s trade secrets • 4、Coachable, proactive, accountable and willing to learn • 5、Be approachable and possess a strong team spirit • 6、Possess innovative thinking and keen market insight, with the ability to seize opportunities and respond quickly • 7、Have a strong interest in emerging industries or the AI field and be willing to continuously learn and explore • ※ Equipment Requirements • To ensure the smooth delivery of training and subsequent services, and in accordance with the nature of the independent contractor cooperation model, you are required to provide your own dual-monitor computer setup • 【Cooperation Model and Method】 • ★After completing the selection, assessment, and further evaluation stages, and once both parties have reached an agreement, the cooperation will proceed on a project-based independent contractor basis. Service terms and compensation will be subject to the relevant provisions of the independent contractor agreement • 【Selection Process】 • ★Resume screening–first-round interview（written test + online interview）–second-round assessment experience–communication to establish cooperation intent–completion of cooperation procedures
