Our team is committed to accuracy, transparency, and exceptional client service. We're looking for an experienced Dental Billing Specialist to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities Insurance Verification Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Confirm coverage, deductibles, and limitations Document verification details accurately Claim Submission Submit accurate claims with the correct codes and documentation Monitor claim status and follow up as needed Correct and resubmit rejected or denied claims Aging & Follow-Up Review outstanding and aging claims Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims Address denials, rejections, and claim issues Payment Posting Post insurance payments, adjustments, and patient payments accurately Reconcile payments and identify discrepancies Maintain accurate payment records Compliance and Data Security Follow HIPAA regulations and internal data privacy policies Stay current with industry changes, payer policies, and coding updates Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of U.S. dental billing experience At least 1 year of remote work experience Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, or similar Practice Management Systems (PMS) Experience using insurance payer portals, clearinghouses, and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of claim submission, payment posting, insurance follow-up, and denial management Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Reliable wired fiber internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a dental billing company or supporting multiple dental practices Experience with multiple Practice Management Systems (PMS) Pay: Php45,300.00 per month Benefits Additional leave Company events Flexible schedule Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Work from home Application Question(s): Which dental Practice Management Systems (PMS), insurance portals, and clearinghouses have you used?
