For privacy conscious users, especially those with job and want to quietly look out for better opportunities without alerting their current employer, CareerPocket AI keeps resumes and application data in the user’s browser rather than a central server, allowing individuals to also choose their preferred AI provider, including private local models. Built by Trusted-Aide, a Singapore-based IT and cybersecurity advisory, the product is grounded in strong principles of user control, security, and practical enterprise-grade AI adoption. Role Description We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Business Development Manager based in Vietnam to join us as a key pioneer in driving global adoption. You will have complete autonomy to define, execute, and scale our go-to-market and affiliate recruitment strategy across English-speaking markets worldwide, and if you perform, will be a key staff that participates in the company's growth and development right from the beginning. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Compensation & Performance Structure PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: This position is 100% commission-only. There is NO base salary or fixed hourly rate. You must be comfortable working on a result-based model. If you require a fixed salary, please do not apply. Earnings & Growth Upside: Direct Sales Commission: Earn a high commission rate (substantially higher than our standard 20% affiliate rate) on all direct sales you generate. Recurring Passive Commission: Recruits and manages affiliates globally. You will receive 50% of whatever your recruited affiliates earn for as long as you are with the company. Build a high-performing network of affiliates to create an accelerating, long-term passive income stream. Pioneer Equity & Career Path: Consistent top performers will unlock major career milestones, including transition to a permanent salaried staff role, leadership/management progression, and an equity stake in the company. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Recruitment & Network Management: Identify, onboard, and manage content creators, career coaches, bloggers, vloggers, and HR influencers across English-speaking countries to promote CareerPocket AI. Partnerships & B2B BD: Prospect and form strategic partnerships with career platforms, educational institutions, job search communities, and online learning portals. Content & Digital Marketing Strategy: Leverage blogs, vlogs, social channels, and digital media to position CareerPocket AI as the essential tool for active job seekers. Global Market Expansion: Execute targeted outreach and growth experiments to scale user acquisition globally. What We Are Looking For Location: Based in Philippines with fully flexible working hours. Relevant Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, business development, partnership building, content creation (blogging/vlogging), and affiliate management. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly motivated, self-governed, and passionate about building scalable revenue streams from scratch. Language: Strong professional command of written and spoken English.
