About The Role • Most BDR roles measure activity. We measure revenue. • This role exists because of a structural inefficiency in how small businesses access AI talent—enterprise recruiters ignore them, generalist agencies don’t understand technical requirements, and Silicon Valley compensation is unrealistic. • You are not a scheduler. You are a revenue operator who uses outbound prospecting as the primary lever to connect growing businesses with talent that transforms them. You will be equipped with: • ● A proven outreach system generating 18–25% response rates • ● AI-powered workflows that multiply your output • ● A compensation structure tied entirely to outcomes, not call volume Key Responsibilities Pipeline Development • ● Work from a dynamic list of 400+ companies, scaling to 1,500+, actively hiring AI and automation talent • ● Monitor job boards and hiring signals to qualify prospects against our ICP: • 10–100 employees | $2M–$50M ARR | US (outside SF/Seattle), Canada, UK, or Australia • ● Use AI-powered enrichment workflows to identify intent signals and prioritize outreach Multi-Channel Outbound Execution • ● Execute structured 21-day outbound cadences across: • ○ LinkedIn messaging • ○ Personalized Loom videos • ○ Curiosity-driven email sequences • ○ Strategic call blocks • ○ Social proof triggers • ● Lead consultative outreach focused on diagnosing problems—not pitching • ● Engage decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Operations Directors, and Growth Leads Qualified Discovery Calls • ● Book discovery calls that meet strict qualification standards: • ○ Decision-maker present • ○ Active AI or automation hiring need • ○ Clear urgency and timeline • ○ Openness to global, remote talent • ● Commission is tied to conversion quality, not meeting volume Process & Optimization • ● Participate in weekly pipeline reviews analyzing response rates, conversions, and objections • ● Test new outbound approaches, document results, and share learnings • ● Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in ClickUp Requirements • Non-Negotiable • ● 4–5+ years of B2B outbound sales experience with full-cycle ownership • ● Background in SaaS, recruitment, or tech services preferred • ● Ability to work US or Canadian business hours, or strong overlap • ● Native-level English proficiency for outbound and client communication • ● Proven quota attainment in a consultative sales environment Technical Competencies • ● Strong use of AI-assisted workflows with ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent tools • ● Experience with outbound tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • ● CRM management with disciplined pipeline tracking • ● Video-based outreach using Loom Strong Differentiators • ● Recruitment or staffing industry experience • ● Selling to small business owners, operators, or technical founders • ● AI-native work habits—uses AI tools proactively without prompting • ● Has independently built prospecting systems (scrapers, enrichment flows, outreach automation) What We Offer • ● USD-based compensation: up to $850/month base + uncapped commission • ● AI-powered tools that eliminate busywork and amplify performance • ● Fully remote, work-from-home environment with a global team • ● Clear performance milestones with a defined path to leadership • Join allintalent and help reshape AI recruitment—where precision, technology, and performance converge.
