The Junior Software Project Manager is primarily responsible for assisting the Senior Project Managers in making sure that a project is within scope, within budget, and is completed on time. The Junior Project Manager will be working with local or foreign teams of developers, designers, and quality assurance specialists in an agile work environment. Responsibilities and Duties Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management Keep stakeholders informed by regularly updating them on project status, risks, and issues Create and maintain project documents like plans, timelines, meeting minutes, and reports Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stay within project scope Use project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate with the team Support senior project managers and IT teams by coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling logistics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field 0-1 year of experience in project management or IT (internships or relevant projects accepted) Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and basic IT concepts Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability Able to identify problems, analyze data, and suggest effective solutions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Benefits Additional leave Company events Flexible schedule Flextime Health insurance Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
