Protect Our Business Through Proactive Cybersecurity Prince Retail Group is looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to help safeguard our systems, networks, applications, and data from evolving cyber threats. This role is responsible for monitoring security incidents, conducting vulnerability assessments, implementing security controls, and promoting cybersecurity best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Security Monitoring \& Incident Response Monitor networks, systems, and applications for security threats and vulnerabilities. Investigate cybersecurity incidents, breaches, and suspicious activities. Analyze security events and recommend corrective actions. Document security incidents and assess potential business impact. Vulnerability Management \& Security Operations Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities. Identify, analyze, and remediate security weaknesses across systems and infrastructure. Implement and maintain security controls, firewalls, endpoint protection, and encryption technologies. Ensure security patch compliance and adherence to security standards. Information Security \& Risk Management Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures. Perform security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Help protect company data, including personally identifiable information (PII). Research emerging threats and recommend security enhancements. Security Awareness \& Compliance Conduct phishing simulations and cybersecurity awareness programs. Promote information security best practices across the organization. Assist employees in understanding and complying with security requirements. Prepare security posture reports and compliance updates for management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, System Administration, Network Administration, or related IT roles. Experience in security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, security operations, and security compliance practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
