About The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM \& Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. This role combines CRM management, sales support, marketing automation, and social media content creation. Key Responsibilities Manage CRM databases, contact lists, pipelines, and automated workflows. Support lead generation, sales tracking, and marketing operations. Create and schedule social media graphics and short-form video content. Research technical issues, troubleshoot software, and document SOPs and processes. Assist with AI-powered marketing and sales tools. Requirements Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. Experience managing contacts, workflows, automations, and pipelines. Strong problem-solving and research skills. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with AI tools, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, or other data enrichment platforms. Previous digital marketing experience.
