Key Responsibilities • Design and develop aesthetically pleasing website layouts, user interfaces, and landing pages. • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on project requirements and user needs. • Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for performance across devices and browsers. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring design consistency and brand alignment. • Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices. • Integrate feedback from leaders and/or clients to refine design concepts. • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user engagement. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role. • Proficiency in design tools, primarily Figma , along with supporting tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), and Canva • Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and responsive design. • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout. • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Preferred Skills: • Experience with Figma, Webflow, or other CMS platforms. • Knowledge of SEO principles. • Familiarity with branding and graphic design principles. • Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced environment. • What We Offer: • Competitive compensation. • Flexible remote work setup. • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team. • Room for professional growth and skill development.
