Our C.A.R.E. values: nourish Creativity embody Agility manifest Reliability pursue Evolution Your Team You will be working with a team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Software Engineers of different tech stacks depending on the project you will be assigned to under Labs. Your Responsibilities Translate real-world problems into components solvable by ML and DL techniques. Train or build new models that can be applied to practical problems. Build or source the necessary datasets for training and fine-tuning AI/ML/DL models. Analyze model performance and formulate necessary recommendations. Present thoughts and ideas in an organized manner and use Jupyter Notebooks in whatever platform. About You Proficiency in APIs, containerization, and managing clustered systems. 1.5-4 years of hands-on experience with software libraries and toolkits for high-performance numerical computation, such as Scikit-learn, NLTK, Caffe/2, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. At least 1.5 years of professional experience working with Python in production environments. Eagerness to collaborate and contribute as part of a high-performing, innovative team. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in implementation and problem-solving. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating responsibility and initiative. Able to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline. Nice to Have: Programming skills in languages such as C, C\ , C++, R, Java, or JavaScript are an advantage. Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms, especially in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the Transformer architecture, is an advantage. Experience with MLOps tools is highly desirable. Knowledge of any major Cloud Platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Strong English reading and writing skills will be an asset.
