About The Role We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing social media, tracking marketing performance, and assisting with campaigns that help grow our brands. The successful candidate will have strong Canva design skills, excellent written communication, experience managing social media platforms, and a passion for digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Design engaging graphics using Canva for social media platforms. Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and social media inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Content Creation Create educational, promotional, and engaging social media content. Write blog articles and website content. Assist in creating marketing copy for advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials. Develop content calendars and campaign plans. Email Marketing Create and send newsletters and email marketing campaigns. Assist in maintaining email subscriber lists. Track campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement. Video Content Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Add captions, branding, music, and transitions where appropriate. Repurpose existing content into engaging video formats. Marketing Coordination Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Track social media growth and engagement. Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance. Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and content performance. Candidates Must Have At least 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a similar role. Experience managing business social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Experience editing short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) is highly preferred. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic photography or videography skills. Experience using scheduling tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics or social media analytics. Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms. Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads and Google Ads) is an advantage.
