Purple Ant Media is looking to connect with a skilled Marketing Tech Virtual Assistant for our growing talent pool. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep marketing systems, automations, CRM processes, and digital platforms organized and running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Depending on future client requirements, responsibilities may include: Supporting platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Flodesk, and other marketing tools Setting up and managing CRM systems, contacts, tags, and audience segmentation Building and maintaining basic automation workflows Supporting Zapier integrations and automations Updating WordPress content, forms, and basic plugins Assisting with campaign setup, technical checks, and system updates Identifying and troubleshooting basic system issues Documenting systems, workflows, and automation processes Providing progress updates and task status reports What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has: Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Flodesk, or similar tools Experience with CRM setup, contact management, tagging, and segmentation Knowledge of basic automation workflows and Zapier integrations Familiarity with WordPress, including content updates, forms, and basic plugin support Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Good documentation and organizational skills Clear communication and the ability to provide regular task and progress updates A proactive and detail oriented approach to managing systems and workflows Important: Talent Pool Opportunity This position is currently for talent pooling and contingency purposes .
