Job Description

Position Title: Draftsperson/Architect w/ AU Construction experience Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm NSW, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays Workdays: Mon - Fri Work Set-up: Work From Home or office. Work Details: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman/Architect to join our client's growing property development and construction team in New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, compelling visual presentations, and high-quality 3D renders to support our residential and mixed-use development projects from concept through to construction documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update architectural drawings, construction documentation, and technical plans using AutoCAD and Revit. Develop and maintain BIM models to support design coordination and documentation accuracy. Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualisations for marketing, client presentations, and internal design review. Design and produce "storybook" style presentation documents using Photoshop for marketing and sales collateral. Liaise with consultants, council authorities, and internal project teams to ensure drawings meet compliance and DA/CDC requirements. Assist with design development, concept sketches, and documentation revisions throughout project stages. Explore and apply AI-assisted design and rendering tools to improve workflow efficiency and visual output quality. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven years of experience in a draftsman or architectural design role, ideally within residential or property development. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, particularly for creating storybook/marketing-style presentation materials. Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g. Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar). Understanding of Australian building standards, planning requirements, and construction documentation processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines. Desirable Familiarity with AI-powered design, rendering, or drafting tools (highly desirable). Experience working across multiple concurrent development projects. Knowledge of DA/CDC approval processes and council liaison.
