Overview We are looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our Brand Design Team in creating cohesive, high-quality visual identities for multiple brands. This role focuses on executing brand-focused design work, including logo development, brand guidelines, and brand kits, while following established creative direction and workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in branding and visual identity design, is detail-oriented, and can work efficiently during designated evening hours while collaborating remotely with the team. This role is execution-focused, with opportunities to contribute creatively within defined brand systems. Responsibilities Design and develop logo systems, brand guidelines, and brand kits based on creative briefs and brand direction. Create brand presentations for client review, including logo concepts, typography systems, colour palettes, and visual applications. Produce branded iconography, mono and reverse icon sets, and social media brand assets. Prepare and organise final logo and brand files for both digital and print use, ensuring correct formats, naming conventions, and version control. Apply brand designs to real-world mock-ups such as stationery, social media templates, packaging, and web visuals. Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all client deliverables Collaborate with creative leads, writers, and project managers through ClickUp and Google Drive to track tasks, feedback, and deadlines. Implement client and internal feedback accurately and efficiently across multiple revision cycles. Manage multiple projects while meeting turnaround times and part-time shift requirements. Ensure all deliverables are client-ready, professionally presented, and aligned with agency standards. Technical Skill Requirements Core Design Software Adobe Illustrator – advanced proficiency (logo design, vector systems, brand marks, icons) Adobe Photoshop – strong working knowledge (mock-ups, image manipulation, presentations) Adobe InDesign – basic to intermediate (brand guidelines, pitch decks, PDFs) Branding & Identity Design Proven ability to design: Logos and sub-marks Brand systems (colour palettes, typography, iconography) Visual identity extensions (social media, stationery, packaging, digital assets) Strong understanding of: Brand consistency and scalability Grid systems and layout fundamentals Typography hierarchy and pairing File Preparation & Delivery Ability to: Set up clean, organised source files Deliver print-ready and digital-ready assets Export assets in multiple formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG) Knowledge of: Colour modes (RGB, CMYK, Pantone) Resolution and bleed requirements Version control and naming conventions Presentation & Mock-ups Ability to: Create professional logo and brand presentations Apply designs to real-world mock-ups (signage, packaging, web, social) Prepare assets for client review and internal approval Design Standards & Best Practices Familiarity with: Brand guideline creation and adherence Accessibility basics (contrast, legibility) Design trends while maintaining timeless brand principles Collaboration & Tools Comfortable working with: Google Drive ClickUp Ability to follow: Creative briefs Brand direction and feedback loops Established team workflows and deadlines Nice-to-Have (Not Required) Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects, simple logo animations) Experience with print production or packaging Familiarity with web-first branding or UI-adjacent assets Experience working with agencies or multi-client environments Work schedule: Monday to Friday 10pm to 2am PHT Job Type: Part-time Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
