We are an award-winning video and audio podcast production company based in Dublin, Ireland, with multiple Gold awards at the Irish Podcast Awards. We help brands amplify their presence through strategic, story-driven content. We’ve worked with leading organizations in Ireland and internationally, including Patreon, Harvard University, Trinity College Dublin, RE/MAX, Melrose PR, Obligate, Outlier Ventures, and many others. We are currently looking for part-time Podcast Editors who can take on 1–2 projects per week. About The Role This is not a one-off freelance project. We're looking for someone who can work with us regularly as part of a weekly production workflow. PER PROJECT DELIVERABLES - 1 video and audio (45-60 mins) - Trailer x 1 (templated - horizontal \& vertical exports - timestamps and quotes provided) - 5 short-form clips (templated - timestamps and quotes provided) Templates and brand guidelines are already provided, so what we only need is execution, editing the full episode, producing the audio version, cutting the short clips, and making light editorial decisions around pacing, flow, and overall polish. WORKLOAD AND DEADLINES - Approximately 1 project per week, with potential to increase over time - Expected turnaround: 2 working days per project - Flexible working hours, provided deadlines are consistently met - Paid trial COMMUNICATION We use Slack for day-to-day communication. There are no fixed working hours, but the editor should be reasonably responsive between 9am and 5pm Irish time when needed. REQUIRED TOOLS Applicants should have access to: - Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe Audition Compensation Pay is €100 per project, covering all deliverables listed above.
