Location / Site: Armstrong Corporate Center Job Description /KPI: • Prepare and issue Letter of Authority to Financial Institutions • Outbound communication via email and phone call to Financial Institutions collecting information of client’s debts. • Retrieve and review client’s credit file for client’s debts, repayment history and insolvency related information • Review client’s bank statement for client’s debts, repayment history and insolvency related information. • Input client’s debt details to Sales force. • Negotiate payment arrangement/hardship assistance with Financial Institutions. • Assisting insolvency manager with pre-lobby and information gathering from Financial Institutions. • Answering creditor inquiries via email and phone calls in relation to file updates, dividend payments and bank account details update etc. Work Hours: Regular shift : FIXED WORK SCHEDULE - 07:00:00 AM - 03:30:00 PM \ Subject to schedule adjustment within the client operating hours or depending on business needs. Regular work hours : 7 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK Work days : MONDAY TO FRIDAY Rest day(s) : SUNDAY AND SATURDAY Business Operation Schedule: AU Holidays Compensation Package: Basic salary (PHP): PHP 42,000.00 Non-taxable allowance (PHP): De Minimis PHP 3,000.00 TOTAL/MONTHLY GROSS (PHP): PHP 45,000.00 Plus Bonus of on average PHP 18,730.00 Benefits Package: ▪ MONETARY BENEFITS 13th MonthPay With a minimum rendered work of at least one (1) month during the calendar year you shall be entitled to 13th Month Pay equivalent to 1/12 of your monthly gross salary multiplied by the number of months worked or earned within a given calendar year to be released on or before Dec 24 of every calendar year subject to the computation as provided by the Labor Code and other pertinent issuances of the Department of Labor and Employment. Premium Benefits (eligibility as applicable): The employee shall be entitled to Holiday Premium, Overtime Pay, and Night Differential. Combined Leave Entitlement: Employees are now entitled to Thirty (30) days of Combined Leave per calendar year. Combined Leave refers to a single leave pool that may be used for both vacation, illness-related, or emergency absences. This entitlement applies uniformly to probationary and regular employees. Accrual of Leave Credits: The annual Combined Leave entitlement is granted on a calendar year basis and uploaded in bulk at the beginning of the calendar year. For employees who join mid-year, the thirty (30) days will be prorated based on the employee’s month of hire. Proration will be computed from the employee’s start date through the end of the calendar year. Carry-Over of Unused Leave Credits All unused Combined Leave credits at the end of the calendar year will automatically roll over to the succeeding year. There is no cap on the number of leave days that may be carried over year-on-year. Leave Monetization Leave credits are not convertible to cash and are intended solely for use as time off from work. Unused leave credits shall not be monetized, including upon resignation, termination, or any other separation from employment, regardless of the remaining leave balance. Any exception, if granted, is solely at management’s discretion and does not constitute a policy, practice, or entitlement. Leave Utilization During Australian Holidays and Shutdowns Employees are expected to align their leave usage with the Australian business calendar. During Australian holidays or company shutdown periods that fall on regular working days in the Philippines, FFG GROUP (AUST) PTY LTD Leadership may determine one of the following arrangements: Business-As-Usual (BAU) for MNL operations, with possible assignment of special projects, training or clearing tasks. Use the day for an approved team recreational event. Otherwise, these days are treated as No Work, No Pay by default unless the employee opts to use available Combined Leave credits to ensure uninterrupted pay. HMO Principal: The employee shall be eligible for an HMO plan upon hire with coverage of Php150,000 per illness per year. HMO Dependent: The employee shall be eligible to enroll one (1) free dependent upon hire with the coverage of Php100,000 per illness per year. HMO eligibility and hierarchy of dependent shall be subject to the guidelines and standards of the HMO provider.
