We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Freelance Virtual - LinkedIn Outbound Manager . No prior experience in lead generation is required. We will provide full training on our "Human-First" engagement protocol. This is a service-based role where you are compensated for your daily consistency, activity, and willingness to learn the LinkedIn ecosystem. What You Will Do (We Will Train You): Daily Engagement: Spend time each day liking and leaving thoughtful comments on leads' posts to build familiarity. Manual Outreach: Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages based on our proven scripts. Account Maintenance: Perform "Account Health" checks to ensure outreach remains within safe limits. Reporting: Maintain a simple daily log of your activities (requests sent, replies received) so we can track progress together. Inbox Support: Categorize incoming replies and alert the manager to high-priority leads. Requirements Please update your Resume with your age and your birthday. Amenable to work in UK Time zone: 03:00pm - 11:00pm (Philippine time) Complete the 3-5 days training period . Must have on knowledge on Lead generation, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. Reliability: You are committed to showing up daily and following the established workflow. Communication: Clear written English and a "team-player" mindset. Tech Savvy: Willingness to learn tools like ChatGPT for message personalization and Google Sheets for tracking.
