This role involves the meticulous development, optimization, and upkeep of marketing funnels, automations, and campaigns to cultivate scalable lead generation and conversion. Key Responsibilities Own Funnel Creation \& Optimization Build and refine GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, and attribution systems. Ensure campaigns deliver measurable MQL growth. Lead Automation \& Reporting Implement/maintain automations across GoHighLevel, Zapier, and connected tools. Keep dashboards accurate, update, and actionable for daily/weekly MQL reviews. Execute High-Velocity Campaigns Launch A/B tests, nurture email sequences, and CRO experiments. Deliver campaigns on-time and with minimal reliance on other teams. Integrate Across Channels Align funnels and tracking with SEO, PPC, Partnerships, and Content. Produce lead enrichment research and event/partner dashboards. Create Persuasive Marketing Assets Draft effective copy for emails, landing pages, and reports (v1 quality). Adapt messaging for funnel stages (awareness → purchase). Skills ets: Proficiency in tools such as GoHighLevel (expert level), Zapier, Google Analytics, and Sheets/Excel. Foundational Front-End Skills: Basic HTML/CSS for refining landing pages. A strong understanding of direct-response copywriting principles. Demonstrated strong analytical skills in UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting. Capability to manage 80-90% of tasks independently, delegating only when essential. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRO, Funnel Building, and Email Marketing. Capability to manage 80-90% of tasks independently, delegating only when essential.
