Junior Video Content Creator Primary Channel: YouTube Content Types: How-to Videos, Product Tutorials, Feature Walkthroughs, Educational Videos, Shorts & Reels About The Role We are looking for a Junior Video Content Creator to help create practical, engaging, and easy-to-understand video content, primarily for YouTube. This is a hands-on, on-camera content role . You will regularly appear in videos as the presenter, explaining product features, demonstrating software, and delivering educational content in a clear and engaging way. You will take assigned content ideas and turn them into finished videos — from understanding the topic and preparing a simple script to presenting and recording yourself on camera, recording screen demonstrations, and editing the final video . Much of our content will focus on accounting software, product tutorials, feature walkthroughs, and educational content for small business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating videos, is comfortable being on camera, can explain concepts simply, and is excited to use modern AI-powered content creation tools . What You'll Do Present and appear on camera for YouTube videos, tutorials, product walkthroughs, and educational content. Create and edit YouTube content, including: How-to and tutorial videos Accounting software walkthroughs Product and feature videos Educational accounting and bookkeeping content YouTube Shorts, Reels, and other short-form content Turn assigned topics and content ideas into simple, conversational scripts and video storylines. Record yourself delivering scripted or guided content in a natural and engaging way. Record screen demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and voiceovers. Edit raw footage into clear, engaging, and publish-ready videos. Repurpose longer YouTube videos into Shorts, Reels, clips, and other short-form content. Use AI-powered tools to improve and speed up scripting, editing, captions, graphics, voice, and other parts of the content production process. Learn our products and translate features into content that small business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers can easily understand. Follow brand and content guidelines while bringing creativity to the execution. Work with Product and Marketing teams to ensure videos are accurate, useful, and aligned with our messaging. Continuously improve video quality, presentation, and production efficiency based on feedback and performance. What We're Looking For Fresh graduates and junior candidates with an interest in video and digital content creation are welcome to apply. Comfortable and confident appearing and speaking on camera. Comfortable recording your own video content and presenting tutorials or educational topics. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Able to write simple, conversational, and easy-to-understand scripts. Comfortable creating and editing video content. Comfortable learning and demonstrating software. Creative, resourceful, and willing to experiment with different content formats and production approaches. Interested in using AI tools as part of the creative workflow . Able to take an assigned content idea and turn it into a finished video with guidance. Organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content at different stages of production. Open to feedback and willing to continuously improve both on-camera presentation and editing skills. Preferred Background Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is highly preferred. You may be a particularly good fit if you: Have a background in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business, or a related field and have an interest in video and content creation; OR Are a junior video/content creator who understands accounting, business, SaaS, or software products. Have experience using accounting software such as Juan, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms . Understand basic accounting workflows such as invoicing, expenses, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, financial reports, and tax-related processes. Have previously created tutorials, educational videos, product demonstrations, YouTube videos, Shorts/Reels, or other social media content. Professional content creation experience is not required if you can demonstrate strong potential through personal projects, school projects, freelance work, or your own social media content. Tools & Skills Experience with some of the following is helpful, but we don't expect a junior candidate to know everything : Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Screen Recording & Tutorials: Screen Studio or similar screen recording and product demonstration tools Design: Canva or similar graphic design tools AI Tools: AI-assisted tools for scripting, editing, captions, graphics, voice, and video production Platforms: YouTube and YouTube Studio Accounting Software: Juan, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar We're looking for someone with good creative fundamentals who is willing and able to quickly learn new tools. What Success Looks Like Your primary goal is to help us consistently produce useful, accurate, and engaging video content that grows our YouTube audience and helps users better understand our products . Success in this role means being able to: Take an assigned topic and turn it into a clear and engaging video. Present confidently and naturally on camera. Explain accounting, software, and business concepts in a simple way. Produce videos that are accurate, visually engaging, and ready to publish. Consistently deliver both long-form and short-form content. Continuously improve the quality and speed of the content creation process. Ideal Candidate You might be an accounting or business graduate who discovered that you enjoy creating videos , or a junior content creator who is interested in accounting, business, and software . You don't need years of professional video production experience. We're looking for someone with the right combination of creativity, communication skills, on-camera confidence, interest in accounting or business software, and willingness to learn modern AI-powered content creation tools . Most importantly, you should enjoy explaining things, being on camera, and turning ideas into useful and engaging video content . Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
