We are looking for an AI Lead Generation & CRM Specialist to manage lead generation activities, CRM operations, and back-office processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools, managing CRM systems, organizing lead data, and improving day-to-day workflows. Experience in forex, financial services, or home services is highly preferred. Must Have Proven experience in lead generation, CRM management, or sales operations Hands-on experience managing and maintaining a CRM system Strong understanding of lead management, data organization, follow-ups, and sales pipelines Experience using AI tools to support lead generation, research, data management, or business processes Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate CRM records Good English communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and managing recurring operational tasks Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's CRM , including leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities Handle back-office operations related to lead generation and sales processes Research and identify potential leads using online sources and AI-supported tools Organize, update, and verify lead information in the CRM Manage lead follow-ups and ensure opportunities are properly tracked Monitor the sales pipeline and keep CRM records accurate and up to date Build and improve lead generation processes and workflows Use AI tools to improve research, data handling, lead qualification, and routine tasks Prepare basic reports and provide updates on lead generation and CRM activity Coordinate with the team to ensure leads are properly processed from initial research through follow-up Identify process gaps and recommend ways to improve efficiency Plus to Have Experience in forex, financial services, trading, or home services Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar systems Experience with AI automation and productivity tools Knowledge of lead generation tools, databases, or prospecting platforms Experience with email outreach or other digital lead generation methods Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification Experience working with spreadsheets and data reporting Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
