We are looking for a SEM Specialist with strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in search engine marketing to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other search advertising platforms , with a strong focus on driving qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue. You will conduct keyword research, develop keyword structures, write and optimize ad copy, manage bidding strategies, analyze search terms, and continuously improve campaign performance based on business objectives. You will closely monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, Quality Score, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Impression Share , identify performance gaps, and develop optimization plans to maximize advertising efficiency. You will also work with Content, SEO, Design, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure that paid search campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies. The role will involve conducting A/B testing , analyzing competitor search activities, identifying new keyword opportunities, optimizing landing pages, and preparing regular performance reports with actionable recommendations. We are looking for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in SEM, PPC, Google Ads, or Performance Marketing , strong data analysis skills, a good understanding of search intent and conversion funnels, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
