We partner with brands across North America to build data-driven Google Ads campaigns, combining proprietary automation with rigorous human judgment. We are a small, fast-moving remote team, which means your work is visible, your ideas get heard, and good performance gets noticed quickly. Who this role is for You do not need a marketing background. We will train you on Google Ads, our tools, and our processes. What we cannot train is how you work. This role was written for one kind of person: You are sharp at 5 AM. You keep your own task list current without being reminded. You catch the mistake before it ships, not after. You ask the clarifying question before you start, not after you finish. You are comfortable with long stretches of focused, independent work in a quiet, low-meeting remote setup, and you keep yourself on track without someone checking in. If that is you, keep reading. If it is not, this role will be a hard fit and we would both rather find that out now. What You Will Do This is execution work inside live client accounts. Automation and our senior strategists surface and shape the work. You ship it, verified. Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to a clear brief: campaign and ad group builds, ad copy, audience and exclusion updates, creative swaps, sitelinks and assets. Support feed and Merchant Center hygiene: disapprovals, item issues, attribute gaps. QA every piece of work in the live account before it ships: copy, settings, negatives, tracking, final URLs. Zero post-ship corrections is the standard. Monitor daily pacing and performance. Flag meaningful deviations early, state what you see, then recommend an action or ask if it is intentional. Keep your Asana tasks current: acknowledge on receipt, flag blockers the morning they appear, and close the task the day the work is done. Coordinate on shared accounts: note what you are about to touch so parallel changes do not contradict each other. Use AI tools every day to draft and analyze, then review the output critically, catch what is wrong, and bring it up to our standard. The skill we care about is not using AI. It is judging it. Maintain SOPs, QC checklists, and campaign notes. Documentation is how we scale, so this is core work, not busywork. The rhythm of the role This is a full-time, single-focus role. We expect these hours to be your only working commitment. Fixed shift, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM PHT, five days a week. Clock in and out in Slack every shift. Post a start-of-day and end-of-day update every shift. Answer direct questions the same shift, or post the blocker before shift end. The synchronous overlap with our US team is the point of the role, not a formality. If you are looking for asynchronous work you can fit around other jobs, this is not it. What we are looking for Reliable. Teammates never have to chase your status. Work ships right the first time. Detail-oriented. You hold a high bar for accuracy in your own work and in work you review, and you notice the small thing that is off. Disciplined. You follow the SOP exactly, and you speak up when the SOP is wrong. Proactive. You flag the problem the morning it appears and bring a recommendation, not just an observation. Organized under load. You run several accounts at once without letting anything slip, and you have a real system for it. A clear writer. Professional written English, because half of this job is communicating precisely across time zones. Nice to have, not required A background in finance, economics, statistics, operations, project coordination, or another detail-heavy field. Familiarity with Google Sheets, Asana, or basic reporting workflows. Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for real work, not just experimentation.
