A. JOB DESCRIPTION The Project Associate supports the Business Solutions Team in coordinating and delivering business projects in close collaboration with the Project Manager. The role involves organizing project planning and execution, scheduling, risk and progress management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, communication, research, and business analysis. Assisting the Project Manager in the Project Management process such as doing Business Analysis or Business Process Reviews, overseeing projects, mitigating risks, and solving client issues. Coordinating with the clients to determine their business requirements. Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team and the clients. Reporting on project progress, updating project records, and documentation. Quality assurance, collating data, auditing, or compliance checks. Properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers, Top Management). Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including reports, trackers, and change logs. Providing Technical Support to clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional and always in good working condition. Participate in improving project management templates, documentation standards, and internal processes. Assist in post-project evaluations by gathering feedback, documenting lessons learned, and identifying improvement areas. Other duties appropriate for his/her competence and development as required by superior from time to time. B. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field. Background in Business or Process Analysis, Process Mapping, or Process Flow Diagramming. Adept with technical jargon and concepts. Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Agile methodologies are a plus. Excellent stakeholder and Interpersonal Management skills. Strong Organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong Personality, proactive, and good professional ethics. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools. Preferably with a background in Safety, either SO1 or SO2\. 0-2 years Experience as a Project Associate Willing to work under hybrid working arrangement with office at Pasig City.
