Responsibilities • Collaborate with the design team to develop complete construction document sets for residential projects. • Translate conceptual designs into accurate, buildable plans that align with client requirements and local building codes. • Independently prepare and manage full permit and construction drawing sets from schematic design through final documentation. • Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders to integrate project requirements. • Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations. • Revise plans based on client feedback, consultant input, and permitting requirements. • Maintain project documentation, drawing standards, and version control throughout the project lifecycle. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards, drafting processes, and documentation workflows. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing residential construction documents. • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit and SketchUp is an advantage. • Strong understanding of residential building codes, construction methods, and detailing. • Proven ability to independently produce complete permit and construction drawing sets. • Excellent drafting, technical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams. • Experience working with U.S. residential projects is highly preferred. • Independent Contractor Perks: • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Health Insurance Coverage for eligible locations • Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
