• - Conduct consistent outbound research calls via telephone to professionals in the building & construction industry. Gather relevant project data and accurately key them into company’s database. • - Meet weekly assigned targets of number of project data collected. • - Perform data formatting and cleansing as instructed by supervisor. • - Conduct simple online research. • - Other ad-hoc assignments as given by supervisor. • - Temporary 3 month project. Possibility of extension. Requirements • University degree OR Diploma in any field. No previous work experience is needed as training will be provided. Previous experience in Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Construction industry will be beneficial, but not compulsory. • - Able to conduct telephone calls in English with politeness and confidence. Able to persuade respondents to share needed information. • - Able to commit minimum of 2 days per week, 3 hours each day. Work hours are flexible & negotiable, but will be during normal office hours. • - Must have your own computer + mobile phone with stable internet access. • - Must be comfortable to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance. • - Comfortable talking and working with people from other countries including Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, Australia.
