Company Description Waikoloa Beach Resort is a seaside destination in the fishing town of Cabangan, Zambales. Situated between the Zambales mountain range and the West Philippine Sea, the resort offers guests a scenic escape surrounded by the beach, mountains, and nature. Role Description The Digital Marketing & Influencer Partnerships Specialist is a remote role responsible for planning and executing influencer partnerships, social media strategies, email campaigns, and paid digital advertising. Our immediate priority is finding, evaluating, and engaging travel influencers and content creators who can introduce Waikoloa to new audiences and help generate bookings. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented marketer who can strengthen our online presence and turn attention into measurable business results. Key Responsibilities • Research and identify relevant travel, lifestyle, family, food, and hospitality influencers across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram • Reach out to creators, present collaboration opportunities, negotiate deliverables, and coordinate influencer visits and campaigns • Evaluate influencers based on audience fit, engagement, content quality, credibility, and potential booking impact • Track influencer deliverables and campaign results, including reach, engagement, inquiries, and bookings • Develop content and social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok • Create or direct trend-aware content designed to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness • Plan email marketing campaigns that encourage previous guests to return and book again • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and potentially Google Ads • Support SEO initiatives and improve the resort’s overall online visibility • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports covering influencer partnerships, content performance, audience growth, advertising results, leads, bookings, and return on investment • Recommend new campaigns and strategies based on performance data and business goals Qualifications • Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media strategy, or a related role • Confidence in finding, approaching, and building professional relationships with influencers and content creators • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram • Experience with email marketing and paid digital advertising • Ability to interpret marketing data and turn it into actionable recommendations • Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and project-management skills • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with a remote team Existing relationships with Philippine travel and lifestyle creators would be a strong advantage. Experience marketing a hotel, resort, travel brand, or hospitality business is preferred but not required. Knowledge of SEO is also a plus.
