Job Description

Responsibilities • Primary Responsibilities • Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across StackAdapt, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing platforms • Build, deploy, test, and manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce CRM and enterprise marketing automation platforms • Develop and maintain audience segmentation, distribution lists, forms, landing pages, workflows, lead routing, campaign tracking, and automated marketing journeys supporting lead generation, customer nurturing, event promotion, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives • Build, validate, quality assure, and troubleshoot campaign elements, including audience targeting, UTMs, creative specifications, tracking, Salesforce email logic, and reporting, to ensure accurate campaign execution • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend improvements to increase engagement, conversion rates, pipeline generation, and return on investment (ROI) • Support marketing attribution, lead management, campaign reporting, and marketing-to-sales performance measurement • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Creative, and cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives • Develop, organize, and maintain sales enablement materials, including media kits, capability presentations, sales collateral, proposal content, case studies, customer success stories, and other marketing assets • Update website content, create landing pages, and perform basic HTML/CSS modifications • Develop, schedule, publish, monitor, and report on corporate social media content • Stay current with emerging digital marketing technologies, AI tools, marketing automation capabilities, and industry best practices • Coordinate and support RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses by managing timelines, maintaining proposal libraries, formatting and proofreading submissions, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams • Identify and implement opportunities to automate marketing processes and improve operational efficiency using AI and technology • Perform additional marketing, operational, and administrative duties as assigned • Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards • Performance Expectations • Execute campaigns accurately, on schedule, and with minimal errors • Take ownership of assignments from initiation through completion with minimal supervision • Communicate project status, risks, questions, and potential delays proactively • Learn new platforms, technologies, AI tools, and business processes quickly and apply them effectively • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and delivering high-quality work • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining professionalism and productivity • Continuously recommend and implement process improvements that enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency • Build productive working relationships across Marketing, Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Creative, and other business functions • Demonstrate initiative by identifying challenges, recommending solutions, and driving continuous improvement • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture • About the Client • Our client is a globally recognized digital healthcare media and marketing organization that empowers millions of healthcare professionals through trusted clinical content, education, and innovative engagement solutions.
