Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor. • Create and update landing pages, marketing content, and website assets. • Manage LinkedIn, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. • Configure and optimise automation tools such as Zapier, Dripify, HubSpot, and similar platforms. • Build and maintain automation workflows for: Content scheduling and publishing; Lead generation and follow-ups; and Basic outreach and email sequences. • Support lead generation and outbound marketing initiatives. • Produce marketing collateral including graphics, videos, presentations, and email campaigns. • Assist with CRM management and campaign reporting. • Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content production. • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Mandatory Requirements • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, with proven experience working with Australian clients or businesses. • Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, marketing automation tools, and LinkedIn marketing and lead generation. • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva or similar). • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. HIGHLY PREFERRED • HubSpot experience. • Zapier or Make (Integromat) automation experience. • AI-assisted content and marketing workflows. • Google Ads exposure. • SEO knowledge. • Video editing experience. • IMPT.
