We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual to manage inquiries and help convert leads into bookings for a private luxury resort in Bulacan. Work From Home Work Schedule Priority coverage from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to Facebook and Messenger inquiries Follow up with potential guests and event clients Prepare and send quotations using company templates Schedule site visits Assist clients with booking requirements and reservation processes Maintain accurate inquiry and client records Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Requirements Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino -Customer service, sales, or reservations experience is an advantage -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup -Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented -Able to work independently and manage multiple inquiries efficiently Please note: This is not a social media posting role .
