Job Description Handle incoming \& outgoing emails and/or calls to and from agents based in Singapore Attend to technical questions, customer related issues, escalations, follow-ups from partners based in Singapore Conduct welcome calls and product trainings to agents over the phone or online. Do telesales to some leads or dormant/inactive agencies based in Singapore Update Salesforce regularly Provide assistance on sales and marketing projects and telesales campaigns when needed. Conduct webinar and training presentations as required. Perform other tasks and special projects as may be assigned. At least 2 years’ customer service experience, ideally related to the travel industry but not compulsory. Job Qualifications: Phone presentations: Demonstrate ease and confidence in delivering compelling presentations over the phone. Email responsiveness: Exhibit prompt and effective communication skills when responding to emails from our partners. Objection handling: Skillfully address objections, providing thoughtful and persuasive responses to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Complaint resolution: Approach complaints from travel agents with a solution-oriented mindset, working towards swift and amicable resolutions. Fluency in both written and spoken English language. CRM skills, preferably Salesforce. Good organizational skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Works well with the team and with sound work ethics. Assertive and enthusiastic.
